I'm a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) with more than 15 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, and leadership.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of reviewing thousands of resumes, conducting interviews, supporting leaders, and helping organizations build strong teams. What I've learned is that career success isn't just about finding a job - it's about understanding yourself.
